I've yet to actually use the Resource Governor. But the question made me read up on it.

Interesting question.
Even more interesting answer statistics. The documentation is very clear and up-front about two limitations: (i) resource govenor doesn't work across instances and(ii) resource govenor doesn't concern itself with system tasks, only user tasks. So which two of the six options are not supported is surely absolutely obvious to anyone who has read the documentation or who reads it to find teh answer to this question, so selecting which four are supported ia rather easy. Yet of the answers to date, more than two thirds have selected at least one of the two unsupported options, and more than one in five has selected both unsupported options.
Clearly people need to be better educated in this area, if they are to be capable of using Resource Governor. So this is a very good question from the point of view of showing people where they need to do some learning.

I agree. And given that the answers were an exact copy from the BOL page it is rather pathetic. I think resource governor is highly under-utilized because so many people don't understand it well enough to use it.

Are you assuming people read the docs before answering? Or just assumed something? If it's the latter, I think the statistics make sense. People haven't used this and guessed.
If it's the former, that's disturbing.

Thank you for the post, good one.
(I felt this was a trick question as started reading the choices and had to compare with the BOL to see any word that negates; with more options it would have been bit tough to select the right choices.)
