Hi,
I am executing lots of bcp commands from a MS-DOS batch file. but sometime I get "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired ". for some BCP execution.
I want to know is there any way to change the timeout setting for BCP. I am running bcp on the same server where database resides.
I have read all the related posts but could not find any such setting.
Thanx in advance

Hi Rahul,
This is not Exactly ur BCP Timeout Error .Ur Sql Server is not responding to the conmmand u executed.
U can increase the timeout time from SQL server Setting.
If ur tranfering the Data on network then network problem will be the culprit.
