BCP error

    Hello to all:

    On one of my servers, and schedulle BCP failed. When I run the bcp manually, it returns this error,

    [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]ODBCBCP/Driver version mismatch.

    I still looking but I coudn't find anything about this.

    It's W2000 SP3, SQL 2000 SP3.

    Say, they installed SP3 in that server, yesterday, so I think that there it is the problem.

    Anyone has experienced this before? Reinstalling SP3, can this be fixed?

    We already began with sp3 when I knew there was a sp3a, so we continue with sp3.

    You may try sp3a. It fixed some problems of sp3.

    I Know. But when I decided to continue with sp3 I didn't find any fix to bcp.

    Are you running BCP or 'BULK INSERT'? Are you using a format file?

    I seem to remember a while ago some MS articles referring to the version of format files being different between BCP and 'BULK INSERT' and especially after SP's. I am on SQL7 but I think the problem persists with SQL2000. If you are using a format file, try changing the version.

    Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.

    hi folks, I check the SP3 log file, and found some errors, so the last operator that installed the sp3 on those server, failed in some point, and he didn't warm me.

    Last night we reinstalled SP3,and now is working fine.
