Just tested about 1000 barcodes generated with the updated code and they all worked.

I solved my problem, but my troubleshoot is very funny. I downgraded VS 2013 to VS 2010, and voila using font Free3Of9; it solved my issue. Anyway, thanks for help!!!:-D

For those who are looking ahead for barcode printing,

there is another work around, just download Free3Of9 font and install it on machine. In SSRS, change your barcode expression as ="*"+Fields!BARCODE.Value+"*"

where Fields!BARCODE.Value is value you want to provide to barcode.

set font for above textbox as Free3Of9. I am able to scan barcode printed using above technique with font size 18pt also.

Dear M.M,

I have a SSRS report with code 128 font, the stored procedure use your function to generate code 128 char, the report printed in pdf with barcode. But my scanner unable to read the barcode.

Please help me as customer only need code 128B.

My scanner can read the barcode using font 3 of 9 but cant read code 128, looks like the start bar and end bar not correct.
