Bar graph in reporting services

    Dear All

    I want to Make a Bar graph in which year wise pass and fail students should display.

    At a avg. level I have done it but I m not able to make a relation between Y axis and X axis .

    I am not sure i understand what you mean by not being able to make the relation between X and Y.. this relation should be made in the source data.. Date and Value.

    Create you datasource - add this dataset into the Data Tab, Add each value you want to display on your chart into the Value section, one for each series - in here you may also wish to add an AVG, MAX to the value i.e. =AVG(Fields!percent2.Value).

    Add any group by fields - i.e. =Fields!Timestamp_perfmon.Value - this means that the X axis will use this group by to add datapoints to the chart. i have chosen to use the exact timestamp value so that it will show the avg % at each time interval. You could leave this group blank and use time series - set this up un the x axis tab.

    Change any settings for the Y axis.
