Banner turned off on post page

Possibly the posting issue is tied to one of the banners being served (or how). Turned off on this page only, let me know if it seems better.

...Also, other web pages that still have the banner, never seem to load completely, IE status remains "Opening .....".

Good. I didnt want to turn the banners off everywhere, tonight I'll work on why the banner code is causing the problem. Only happens on some banners which is why the problem goes away if you refresh enough times.

I definitly happens when going to the page pointed to by the emailed "Reply Notifications" & "Active Posts" page.
Once you understand the BITs, all the pieces come together
