Hello,
If I do backup in read only database,can I restore it, is is going to cost anything?

When you restore a database it retains all the characteristics is had before the backup. In other words, if it was readonly it will be readonly when you restore it.
is is going to cost anything?
Last time I checked, MS does not charge you anything for restoring a readonly DB. 😀
