Do you guys know if any back up tool which can compress the blob data, to my understanding most of the thord party tools compress the text data not the blob data?

Many types of blob data are already compressed, for example, a .PDF file. Other types of blob data are not compressed.
There is no tool that can compress data that is already compressed.

you might look into Litespeed, you can adjust the level of compression.

I think you're mixing up backup compression and database compression. Backup compression compresses the backup and does not care what is in the backup. As far as the backup process is concerned a page is a page and is not interrogated to see what kind of page it is
It's database compression in SQL 2008 does not compress the LOB data types.
