can we create split backup files on shared drive while generating the backup.is so please help me in the script

Yes you can span your backup into multiple files. Check the backup database syntax in booksonline.

If backing up across multiple disks, just make sure all staff are aware you are doing this. I had a situation where a member of staff did not realise and removed files from one of the drives which was not historically used for backups. If you lose 1 of the backup files, the whole backup is gone.
