This is perhaps a basic question but I did'nt found satisfiying answer.
What is the best way to include DTS packages in an automatic backup procedure? They does not seem to be included in the master, msdb or any other dB.

DTS packages that are saved on the server are contained in MSDB, a standard backup of it will capture them. If you're saving them to a .dts file then you need to configure your tape backup to capture them.
