Backup Maintanance plan issue

    Hi All,

    In one server we have configured the maintenance plan to perform backups for specific databases. Recently we have created few new databases on server.

    Here we are getting the SCOM alerts for unselected databases. As per the process we should not get the alerts for unselected databases why we are getting the alerts for this.

    There is no direct connection between SCOM and Maintenance Plans. You may need to go into SCOM and deselect databases that are not being backed up in order to remove them from the alert list.
