  Backup getting failed with below error

  The operating system returned the error '64(The specified network name is no longer available.)' while attempting 'SetEndoffile'

  The operating system returned the error '64(The specified network name is no longer available.)' while attempting 'FlushFileBuffers'

  this works well when i run it manually in ssms, fail when it runs as a job.

  Probably permissions. Your agent doesn't have the same access you do.
