Backup and Restore

    Hi all,

     

    I have Databases on Analysis server 2000. How can i do the back up of those database and restore it on 2005?

    Not really possible but you could use the project type (in BI Dev Studio) that allows you to 'upgradse' the cube from 2K to 2K5.  Note, as posted in other threads here, you're likely to miss out on many improvements available in 2K5 if you take this route.
