Does FULLTEXT=0 means it is not enabled ?
What has to done ? Can I drop it an recread ?

That was a result with the file size internal to sql server. Fulltext is stored externally. Thus a 0 is expected. It does not mean that fulltext is disabled. And you know that you have 120GB in fulltext indexes. You need to discuss with your employer if they need fulltext or not. We can't answer that for you.
