Background Image does not prints when printing report

    I have a SSRS report which has a .GIF image as a background. The report shows up fine when I run the report but when I print it from report manager ,the image disappers .

    The image also does not show when I try to export to pdf .

    Its only showing in browser.

    How can I print the image also along with the report.

    As I tested, no matter exporting into PDF/printing, the .gif file can be rendered properly. The .GIF type is not the limitation. Please make sure you embed the image with the report. Since when rendering PDF, only JPEG and BMP type is supported, in this scenario, the .gif will be converted into BMP file. So if you still can't make it, please try to convert the image into BMP file manually.
