  Look up 'backing up databases' in books online. You can either run the BACKUP DATABASE statement, or use the Management Studios GUI by right-clicking on the DB and going to tasks>>backup. You can also look at the Management>>Maintence Plans if you need to set up a reoccuring backup.

  For a much more easier way of backing up the databases, you can use SQL Backup, this is a good third party application, which allows you to also encrypt the backed up databases.
