Availability Group's and Azure

    Hey all,

    Are both forms of availability groups supported in a hybrid Azure deployment? In that Azure is leveraged as a replica and can you use either an AO FCI or just an AG? I know the latter works; however haven't yet tried or seen an FCI AG with Azure replica.

    I have not set up a failover cluster using an Azure VM. I have set up an Availability Group and put individual databases into it. It does support the full failover cluster, but again, it's not something I've tried.
