Auto-Generate a Forum Question about a submitted s

    My suggestion refers to the all the wonderful scripts that are submitted by the many members of the SQLServerCentral Community.

    I think it would be nice to be able to add a Forum Question/comment about the script you happen to be reviewing directly from the scripts page, and possibly add the owner of the script to an automatic notification of the new forum comment.

    Being able to look at a script, and then add a comment/question/suggestion about a specific script might be a helpful tool for us.

If you post a question, make sure you include a CREATE TABLE... statement and INSERT INTO... statement into that table to give the volunteers here representative data. with your description of the problem, we can provide a tested, verifiable solution to your question! asking the question the right way gets you a tested answer the fastest way possible!

    Seems like a good idea. Think we may have to rework a little to get there, will have to see how we handle scripts internally. We're still catching up on requests (tried the new search engine?), but give us a couple days we can see if it's feasible.
