Sorry, you can't.
If there were a way to get to the data in that database without knowing the password, then any hacker who somehow gained access to the file would also be able to access the data. And the whole point of TDE is to prevent your data when the files or the devices they are on are stolen.

Which part of "sorry, you can't" was unclear to you?
The Books Online topics on TDE are littered with warnings about backing up your certificate. For instance here:
"Data loss will result if the certificate is no longer available".
I am very sorry, but this feature is designed to be safe. The whole idea is that if someone, somehow gains entry to my data center and steals the data disk, they can make some money by selling it as used storage hardware but they will not be able to get at my data. If there was any way to reverse the encryption, then no sane company would ever entrust their sensitive data to this database.

You just need to take a fresh backup of the certificate from the source server, this is required to restore the database to another server.

Which server did the database backup file come from?
You need to take a backup of the certificate on this server so that you may restore it to another server
