Asking Userid And Password While Deploying Reports

  Hi

  While deploying reports on the reports server, it is asking to supply user name and password. What do I need to do? Is there any specific setting which I need to configure?

  shall i want to change report service url ah??

  Try any of these:

  1. Add reportserver URL to trusted sites in internet explorer.

  2. Enable Windows Authentication (Advanced TAB of internet explorer).

  3. If deploying to IP address, change it to server name (Project properties of SSRS).

  4. Make sure you have Publish permission on reportserver (Report Manager).

  5. Check permissions and configuration of datasource (might be setup to prompt for username/password).
