  I have been able to access a cube even if my domain account is not in any cube role . It seems that Analysis Services is not respecting the security definittions. Can anyone help me? I use SQL2K/Win2k.

  It's probably because you are defined as an OLAP Administrator.

   

  To see if the role is working use TEST ROLE within Analysis Services or try to connect using a user which is not an OLAP Administrator
