  I'm looking for some sound procedures on adding a new SQL virtual server to a two node cluster that already a SQL virtual server.  I've been playing around with cluster manager, but it seems that I keep dead-ending on getting the new instance of SQL built.  Do I have to re-run setup from the install CD to get a new virtual server with a corresponding instance?

  as far as I remember you will need to add extra resource groups ( disks ) for the new instance and then it's just install sql.
