Well, I'm going to try and get myself to finally take one of the MS Exams.I'm going to see if I can prepare myself for: 70-433 Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Database Development
Good luck.
I have decided to renew my MCDBA, but now have to find the time to study and take the exams.

Going on 15 for me. Feels like about 5 - until I try to remember details of those early years. It's hard to remember facts from 15 years ago, let alone 4.
Coming up on 24 this September. First 4 dragged compared to the last 20. Having kids makes time fly apparently.
Grant Fritchey (3/22/2010)
Don't know about Gus, but I'm coming up on 22 years this fall.
My 15th is in October.
As for the kids, I agree that they really make the time fly a lot faster.

I have the time. Question is: will I used the time to study.
I'm trying to talk some friends into doing the same thing.

Anyone have anything funny, interesting or weird to talk about today? I'm bored. My main subjects of conversation so far today have been politics (Obamacare passed the House late yesterday), or my re-wedding (wife and I did a renewal of vows on Saturday).
I'm saturated on politics, but if you're interested in the ceremony, I could write about that.
So, how many years??
Our 20th anniversary is later this year.
To celebrate, I re-proposed to her on Valentine's Day, with a new ring and all that. Then we arranged friends and such for various roles, and did a ceremony on Saturday. So we'll have our 20th in December, and then our 1st in March next year. 🙂

I think study groups are helpful for doing this. If for nothing else, you can set it up so each takes a topic and has to learn it well enough to teach the others.

real years, not what it felt like. 😛
Feels like eternity, but in the most positive possible way. 🙂

Gail, isn't that supposed to have the image of a cat-like pupil floating amidst the flames?

It should also include the dark mists around it.
There must be some corruption issues out there with lame duck responses from others.

My 29th was in January. Kids do make the time fly... or drag. As always, "it depends".:w00t:

For me, the group idea would be more to keep the momentum going.

Haven't got any good images of that. Gonna have to search for one.

Just did an image search on Bing for "palantir" and found a couple. None were particularly spectacular at a glance, but there might be something better if I were to actually take some time and look at them a bit more.

Conrgats, Gus! After 11 years, my wife and I got a honeymoon this year. Hoping we'll renew here at some point.
Have to be close to home as a cranky Steve on the road might not get another "I do" 🙂

You need reasonably decent and reasonably large images to use as image maps as I'm doing with the crystal balls. Any pixalation gets exaggerated during the rendering process. The flame image was 1024x768 and the pixelation's still slightly visible (I can see it)
