Any language you like. It would be a real hoot if everybody was speaking a different language:-D
No, perché? Sarebbe alquanto divertente... 😀

I'm pretty sure Tolkein's Elf language is published somewhere. That's sure to boil someone's blood.

There's at least 2 of tolkien's languages that are published and are usable (though maybe a little short of technical vocab) Quenya and Sindarin. I dug through the details of both some years back when I had a go at designing a language myself. Lots of fun, though little practical use, I think.

Those runes look more like Dwarvish, Paul:
Barak Khazad!! Khazad ai-menu!!
Loosely translated: Keyboards of the the DBAs!! The DBAs are upon you!!
Note: Tolkien database scholars differ in their interpretation of this phrase. A small number favor the term "pork chops" instead of "keyboards".

Why am I unsurprised that you would have studied Sindarin, Gail?
I had a go at memorizing Tolkien's poetry once. (Which I concede is not brilliant, but then I also memorized Tennyson's The Revenge: A Ballad of The Fleet.) I can still recite the ballad of Gil-Galad from memory. Unfortunately, most of the rest of it is reduced to fragments. I can't even recite the One Ring inscription in the Black Speech anymore. Which reminds me....

I don't think I ever memorised the 1 Ring in Black Speech. English, sure.
There's a large number of his verse that I can still remember almost perfectly. don't know what that says about me...

They really should have one for babelfish. I would also support having a Klingon version so that Alvin can participate. If I ever get into a bar fight with a Klingon, I'd love to be able to tell him that his mother had a smooth forehead. Before I got massacred, that is.

Okay, at least a few aged synapses are still firing. Now I need to go back and see if I got it right.

Now I should finish my coffee and get on down to the office. Later, y'all.
