Quoted wrong post. Gail's on his tail so no need for my comments.

Our spammer left his email address in his posts. I'd hate to see some spambot to get a hold of it.

Curiosity took me to his website. Here's what I got:

I don't have limits, and their site is not available. Showing as either a landing page that's broken or never set up. I've removed the posts, no point in emailing since I'm sure it's a spammer.

Looks like Steve just did some cleaning up. I guess he found Gail's mop.
Edit: I was typing this while Steve was posting the link above.

Sent a note to our "student". We'll see if he continues to post from his phone or if the pre-interview test/exam is over.

I think somebody just DBCC timewarped me. I lost 17 post points over night. (I was counting down to 5000, thus the reason for knowing.)

Don't know if this is the cause... but the DBCC Timewarp thread seems to be missing. Got this error when I went to see if there were any new postings to that thread. I got into it this morning, but can't now. Perhaps someone forgot to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow?

I suspect someone went back to before the thread existed and made a change to the thread, whick caused it to go POOF!

Or...has anyone considered that some of us do not know where to look and with being thrown into situations really do not have the time to do the research and the best we can do is try to find the answer as fast as possible before we are replaced? Also, on other forums, I've been reprimanded for providing TOO much information or being told that SQL cannot be used for what I need even though I see others looking for the same information. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and maybe those who are "gurus" to forums can post an outline of ways to achieve the correct answers quickly?
Isn't guidance what is supposed to be done instead of reprimand?

Just looked here: Anything that is NOT about SQL!
Looks like the DBCC Timewarp thread is just gone. Curious, can it be recovered?

If you're looking for answers and do not know where to look that start off by saying so. There's plenty of people here ready to point you in the right direction.
As far as "maybe those who are "gurus" to forums can post an outline of ways to achieve the correct answers quickly?" is concerned, pay attention to the gurus' signature. Some have included links in their signature for the kind of information you're looking.
