You might want to make one change to your answer: "Get out your latest backup and your latest resume ..."

It's worth a try.
You might want to make one change to your answer: "Get out your latest backup and your latest resume ..."
I'll use that next time. This one appears to potentially have backups. That, or he doesn't understand the instructions.

It wasn't the testing out that bugged me. It was asking how to fix it when that's already been explained twice.
