    It's worth a try.

    You might want to make one change to your answer: "Get out your latest backup and your latest resume ..."

    I'll use that next time. This one appears to potentially have backups. That, or he doesn't understand the instructions.

    response was "I guess the color that I am, are you even allowed to ask me that?"

    I was told of a recent interview where a candidate was asked "Can you tell me 3 things you'd like to get out of working for us?".

    The answer was "No". :crying:
