Let me rephrase the original one "how you guys get time to play these PC/console games ?"
I rarely play. I sometimes take a half hour or so with the kids to play a few times a week. I did get the family up yesterday for an hour of Rock Band in the morning, and we had people going for a couple hours thur night.

I've also been playing a lot of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.
I've been instructed that we will have a Christmas: Take 2 for New Years, and I have to buy this game for my wife. Her cousin was showing her the level where you enter a civilian airport and just kill innocent people. Her reaction? Hysterical laughter.
Disturbing and yet...my wife is so cool....:-D

I wonder how you guys get time to play these console games. 😛What is this 'console' you speak of? Just about all of my games are for PC.
Play Station, XBox and Wii.
I wasn't aware that the games you were referring are PC games, my bad..
Let me rephrase the original one "how you guys get time to play these PC/console games ?"
In fact I don't have time to play games. I bought a Nintendo Wii 6 months ago and I played with it at most 3 times.
Time to place it on eBay?

You just haven't found your game yet 😉
The whole point is to have something on hand to have fun with when you want to, I'd hang onto it for those moments.

Am currently replaying BG1 (it aged very well) and have craving to replay KotOR or KotOR 2
I've been thinking of picking up BG1 again. Perhaps once I bring my new game backlog down....
My wife has personally threatened to find "new input options" for the CD if I replay BG2. Something about to many references to "dancing on a head of a pin" from that traitor rogue NPC guy....:)

Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part...unless you're my manager...or a director and above...or a really loud-spoken end-user..All right - what was my emergency again?

Once I'm done with BG1 (and Tales of the Sword Coast), I'll start BG2 and Throne of Bhaal. Could take a while....

Thinking about games remind me of this fantastic one from Microsoft, it's called Project Natal.
Look at the link below. If you haven't heard about it.

Not a game though. A new controller (motion sensor, face recognition, etc) for the XBox. Hopefully compatible with PC too.

Yeah not a game though, intended for gaming console (XBox only) and would significantly change the style of gaming.
Would be great if it's compatible with PCs.

I loved the old "brainless shoot something" games.... anyone remember the old Atari "River Raid" game or, a bit more recently, "Comanche"?

Keep the snow. The rest sounds great. Now, are there jobs?

I made the spawn skip that level. I'm not all twisted over it, but I'm kind of surprised that it's there. It's odd within the context of the game.

heck with gaming, this looks to me like a way to change computer interfacing. I was surprised to not see more about this around Christmas, (found this one a few months ago) but I guess it's still too early. demo videos are cool, my favorite is the one where Sugar Ray Leonard is playing dodgeball and *sweating*... um, I may not play that particular game until I'm in better shape...:hehe:

There are jobs, at least a few. I got offered 3 this past year. turned them down as I'm not ready to leave, but there are jobs.
