I don't think is he yanking our chains, he obviously needs help. Worst comes to worst, the posted solutions will help someone who googles an answer later on.
Is it possible that he is trying to find which tables (objects) are used in all the dts packages?

Thanks for reminding me about crappy movies Ninja.I still haven't watched that crappy one Netflix sent me 2 months ago: Plan 9 from Outer Space.
I watched about 15 minutes of that one, and am very, very glad I never went any further with it.

Ninja: That would be some seriously twisted googling at this point 😉

You missed the best of the worst part then.

No. He's definitely trying to find out the last time it ran. My Spanish may not be very good, but I'm very, very fluent in Spanglish. Too many years in Los Angeles. Beyond trying to find out the last time it ran, it gets incoherent and I hesitate to even try to understand it, because I haven't got a chance of getting it right, and have a good chance of writing something insulting in my reply without meaning to.

Not really. If I google ssrs email subscriptions and that all 3 words end up on the same page of that thread, it's likely to come up.
That may not be very useful to help me, but it's actually likelier to show up because there's a ton of replies and google will give more value to such a page than a page with only 1 reply (social proof... many people are participating, something good most be happening).

Okay, then that probably means this thread is highly visable on Google, right??

I just Googled "worse questions". Five pages in, still no sign of this thread. I think we're safe... for now.

I Googled "questions getting worse" and this thread was 3rd in the list.

Googled "posted questions" (no quotation marks) and it was on page 2.

Googled questions getting worse and it was the 3rd link first page.
Sorry, I use Chrome so, not sure if the link will work for you.

I feel like unsubscribing from that item but I'm scared to miss out on a few laugh.
What's funny about this thread is if the OP and the people trying to help spoke the same language, it would probably only have 3 or 4 posts in it.

That thread is just an uber example of the worst problem with questions here, the inability to ask a clearly understandable question.
I don’t think there is much that can be done about it. People with the skills to ask coherent questions are the ones least likely to need to post a question here so we get questions from the others.
I admire the patience of people that are willing to try to work through that with posters. I don’t have it and routinely ignore posts where I don’t understand the question or the English is really bad.

This thread provides a place hang out, gripe, and pad our post counts while we wait for an interesting question to come along.
