What is it with some people? I have seen sevarl threads where people are addressing others on their SSC Title instead of their forum name. like GSquared.
The forum layout isn't entirely clear. At a glance, it looks like the name is directly left of the post, not left and up. And, in case of things like "SSCertifiable" (my title for a couple hundred more posts), that sure looks like a screen name. At least as much of one as "GSquared". Now, if I used my real name instead of "GSquared", it would probably be more clear. But, as it is, both are incomprehensible strings to most people, so they pick one, and sometimes it's the wrong one.

True, but I've seen it at other times when it was obvious. 😉

It's caused by the same thing as so many problems I see on a daily basis. People just don't pay enough attention to what they're doing.
Maybe we should warn them when it happens: "Hey Grasshopper! Pay attention!!"
🙂

Is it just me today or are OP's purposely posting things today that are as clear as mud?
Looks like there might be a language issue.
I feel like answering: "Yes you can, if you know how."

Can we hit 10,000 on Nov 18th? That's when this thread turns 1 year old.

Must be something to do with the time of year.

Woot.
Articles finished, slides finished, demos finished. Packing half done (laptop, books, cables and important documents still to do). Just 2 reports to finish and I think one of those is going to be done somewhere between Paris and Seattle or in Seattle.

Two major obstacles - Pass and SQL Connections.
It also takes about 1.5 months for us to get 1000 posts - might be tough.

School?
It's 11pm and I'm just starting on a report that'll likely take 2-3 hours. Answer your question?;-)
Not writing any books at the moment. The MVP one was written last year.
These days it's 8am-midnight (or later) solid at the computer (and that's not playing games) Overcommitted? Yeah, just slightly...

Agreed.
I have time for work, other work, and my kids - outside of that it gets slim pickings (not even time for game playing unless it is with the kids).

My Ex's would probably answer: "She's a woman. She knows how to multi-task."
