Looking at the Manning Site, it shows that only some of the chapters are available currently. Do you know anything concerning that (is it just an update issue and the chapters really are available, or do we need to wait for an update)?
Might be in final editing, not sure. They should be all available soon (like next week).

Yes, you're right.
This demontrates that you can use any number of posts per page and you'll get the wrong results if your mind is turned OFF.

Maybe it's the same math that states that if I eat an egg and you don't eat at all, each of us had half egg.:-)

Maybe I should run this query as a job? kill the user here that uses the most CPU and memory every 5 minutes?Maybe we should ask the OP to have scheduled task that runs every 5 minutes to restart SQL Server Service...:hehe:
Heck with that, buy one of those $5 timers from the hardware store with the little plastic switches that turn on and off, and run the power cord for the server into it....

I used to use those for the UV lights in my iguanarium (home for iguanas). They're a lot cheaper than enterprise UPS, could be onto something there!

What is it with some people? I have seen sevarl threads where people are addressing others on their SSC Title instead of their forum name. like GSquared.
