Are the posted questions getting worse?

  • Thanks Bob. I figured there was a good reason Flo was not posting, but I didn't remember hearing anything.

Jack, the last time I swapped emails with Flo, they were getting ready to launch a big project at his place of work. He told me it might be months before he could spare time for anything else.

Lynn, if you are operating sans-halo, and Jeff is back to flinging pork chops, I think I'll lie low for a while.

Actually, I think I handled the half read error messge rather well. 😉

    Good to hear, Jack 🙂 🙂 🙂

Barry, congratulations on getting my question right on the first try. I predict it will be very profitable for you. 😉

Well I am out of the Hospital and the excruciating pain is back down to tolerable. But it's not getting better and may still be getting worse, so we'll be reviewing my options soon. I've been through it twice before, so I know what I'm in for, but the last was 20 years ago, and I'm not looking forward to it...

  • Yowch, really sorry to hear that, Barry. I will shift to you all the good vibes I can pour into the Force.

I'll second this as I know there is still good in you! 😉

No, really, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Me three. My father-in-law had back problems (spinal stenosis) and he is miserable most of the time from the pain.

  • Crap... I can say "crap" on this post, right? Crap, crap, crap... it's happened again same as last year and for the same reason. Started a new job on October 19th and, once again, eating and paying bills has to come before PASS especially with the love of my life also being out of work. Crap. I'm not going to make it again this year. "Crap" isn't really what I'm thinking but it's the nicest thing I can come up with on the spur of the moment. I guess I should just be thankful that I found a new job so quickly. Crap...

  • Man that really sucks Jeff. I was looking forward to meeting you. You were on my list. I even made it public.

I've been through it twice before, so I know what I'm in for...

Sounds like it's not going to be easy, but I'll be praying for a speedy recovery.

I've been through that kind of pain more times than I care to admit so I know it's no fun whatsoever... for me it's been the lower back (L4,5,6) and neck (C3,4) and a blown out shoulder (badly torn rotator cuff) that I should probably have replaced. Not fun... I can't throw pork chops nearly as hard as I used to and I sometimes have to drink a beer left handed.

    Get better ol' friend.

Thanks for asking, Wayne. The new job is going great... except that I can't get time off for PASS. Crap...

  • That job thing is really getting in the way of this social stuff.

Sorry to hear that, Jeff. Hopefully at some point we'll hoist one together

  • Really sorry to hear that, Jeff.

(Say... are you going to finish the rest of those pork chops..... ??)
