Are the posted questions getting worse?

I guess you can't argue with that. The worst part is that so many of them have moved North to NH and corrupted a perfectly good state.

Agreed, but I'm going to back away from the political conversation now.

Hey, now. Remember this is the "Water Cooler" and all topics are fair game here. We just want to keep it civil, no flames (haven't seen any) and no name calling (haven't seen that either).

We're cool. Have drink from the virtual cooler!:cool:

Except that this portion of the thread started with Steve making fun of Jeff.

Well, he lives in MI. Aren't we supposed to make fun of him?

There is a difference between name calling and making fun of somebody (some times). Seems like it was done in fun, not to be mean. That, I think, is the difference in this case.

Well, it has 2 Senators like every other state and has to deal with unfunded federal mandates. Of course from Concord south is really turning into MA north.

All I know is they have drive through liquor stores.

We have a few liquor stores here in the Springs with drive-up windows.

Now don't get confused, NH has liquor stores on the interstate(s) near the borders, but you have to get out of your car.

  • I stopped at one in NH a few years (possibly like 7) back that had a drive through window. I was on my way to Maine - which explains why I needed to stop for liquor.

  • I used to see those in NC, Brew-Thru's. Literally a large building with a garage door on each end. Lined with coolers, you literally drove through the building, stopping and someone would come up, ask what you wanted and load you up.

    Amazing.

I wonder if they're still there...

    I saw one this summer.......

Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part...unless you're my manager...or a director and above...or a really loud-spoken end-user..All right - what was my emergency again?

Hmmm, I lived in NH for 20 years and I don't think I ever saw one with a drive through. Of course I never had a reason to use one.

Not if you're from Minnesota. We seem to be down to 1 senator....

I suppose one of them will be paid for doing absolutely nothing until it's totally resolved.

So if Jeff wants some tune up action on the chops, he could send a couple this way. Marinate in Dry Ice please - might knock some sense into someone.

Don't remember seeing this in NC, but know a moonshiner or 2.
