Are the posted questions getting worse?

Payment for solutions on a forum? Sounds like experts-exchange 😛

Who paid for an expert sex change?

    Or did I misread that?

    😀

    ... 😛

BTW, if you ever search something and become refered to this page. All answers are shown at the bottom of the page, without any payment. 😉 I'm not sure if everybody knows. Just figured out some weeks ago.

    Just a little sample:

  • And we have another one who can't seem to read.

And we have another one who can't seem to read.

    That is genuinely funny.

True. Most aren't worth finding however. Sad, but also true.

I didn't realise people got paid on that site though

See y'all! I'm off to get rich rich rich...

  • How about this one? 😛

Now I'm being called a troll.

Really now, shouldn't that be Saint Troll?? 😉

Absolutely. As anyone that has followed Lynn will know, any reference to him, by any other name, should still carry the "Saint" honorific that he has so earned.

Another week, another few hundred posts to read through. At least we found out Roy isn't as fat as Jabba the Hut and Barry isn't a lawyer.

Almost was. It was either lawyering or mathematics. Fortunately, I made the right choice.

    Actually, that looks pretty awesome!

I'd like to try it for myself - but has the posted code lost something in the translation?

The initial SET seems fine, but that is followed by ASCII(@s)99SELECT...?

    Help?

    Paul

Heh, Thanks Doc. One of the benefits of a long career as a medium & short term consultant: I've been almost everywhere and done almost everything. Once anyway :-). For instance, that NASA Space Shuttle programming team that Steve mentioned in one of his editorials [/url]recently? I actually worked with them peripherally (contracted by DEC to their Primary Contractor) for several months back in 1993 doing emergency performance troubleshooting on the Ground Station Monitoring systems that were about to be delivered.
