Agreed about too much death, but I don't know about the treadmill. It can lead to heart attacks. I try to avoid them.

Yeah! Better to do lots of burpees & box jumps and then lift big weights. Deadlifts & squats. If anything will make you live longer, that's the ticket.

I knew there had to be a logical reason behind these celeb deaths. :laugh:

They need to bench Ramsey before we lose Arnold Schwarzenegger, Stephen King, Albert Brooks, Brian May, Carlos Santana... all celebs that are either 69 or will be 69 this year.
