Are the posted questions getting worse?

Steve, your feet are conspicuously absent from the last photo. Bit chilly or so relaxed they're just buried in the snow?! 😛

Too cold to sit down 😉

Yep. I've seen that same scenario many times myself. I get it. Welcome to winter.

  • Steve that is the usual transition from Summer to Winter here in KC. Fall is usually right around 5-6 hours followed by a long and cold winter. 😛

    OMG

Unfortunately, WTC (Way Too Common). Gail has got to be getting tired of suppressing a literal "Dear Stupid" response.

    --Jeff Moden

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.

We're usually reference Books Online by name and most times include a link to the page they need. Personally, I think it's more professional.

I would suggest using both, maybe some thing less descriptive - #follow #followup #document #note

Why should we consider using hashtags? Is there any benefit on that? The forum software won't recognize them, I'm not sure if search engines would care, and what relevance would they have. This is an honest question, as there might be a good reason which I don't know.

The topic is, Are the posted questions getting worse?

If you tag the questions, it is easier to analyze if the posted questions are getting worse.

I'm not sure I follow your logic. We passed the point of discussing this thread's original topic a long time ago. This is now a completely different thread, where we occasionally vent about the posted questions, but not always.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but we're not keeping score or anything.

    Yeah!

If we're not keeping score, then how do we know who's winning?

    :hehe:

Remember, it is not about winning or losing because everyone is a winner if they try their best . Keeping score will just harm the self-esteem of the people who don't score as much.
