Well don't forget about SQL Relay in October

    www.sqlrelay.co.uk

    Rodders...

That seems to be a completely blank page.

for whatever reason, SSC is adding http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/ to the url that was posted.

    The url should be

www.sqlrelay.co.uk (maybe becuase http:// was omitted from the earl.

Sanity? Oh Sanity? Where are you hiding?

I've had it. Enough is enough! When are people gonna stop hiring people that don't have a clue about they're hired to do? This stupidity has to end!

    Tom,

Ah yes, it's the place holder before they post full details. Obviously hey want your details as well so they can update you as and when. There was an email out earlier this week that gave the provisional route...

    Save the date!

2 weeks, 8 Venues, multiple tracks, more content than you can shake a stick at!

Oct 5th to 15th (Edinburgh, Huddersfield, Nottingham, Reading, London, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham)

I'm assuming same plan as last year - Mon-Thurs, long weekend, then Mon-Thurs with that Friday (Oct 16th) being the London date for SQL in the City!

Thanks hadn't realised that was the issue, how odd.

  • Even though it's a few pages ago, I've modified the link and yes it was because I forgot the http:// - Jason thanks for pointing that out. I will try and remember for next time.

I've just seen the details of SQL Sat Turin - Oct 10th - http://www.sqlsaturday.com/454/eventhome.aspx

    Seriously tempted to attend.

Sounds like you need the crystal ball also...

Crystal ball would not help here. Pork chops? Maybe.

I'm thinking you might need the Omega 13 device

That is a pretty bad one. I was really tempted to respond, but I think others have already said everything there is to say.

  • Okay, I have done my due diligence this a.m. to post both a "worse question" and lots of "worse answers." Feel free to mock and fling porkchops as necessary.

Just sprayed the pork chops with water and tossed them into the deep freezer, they will be glazed, hard and ready if when they are needed:-P

  • So I've been a DBA for eleven years now. In the past three days, I have learned twelve new things I never knew (but should have known) about SQL Server.

This is what I love about this job. Always something to learn.
