I'm taking the youngest down to ERAU for a Spy Camp next week followed by a Soccer Camp the following week. I will be travelling home on Sunday and will miss the Women's World Cup Final between USA and Japan. Go USA!!
Lynn a quick question about Football (Soccer) if you don't mind. Is it becoming more and more popular over the years in USA? I have always wondered because it has a lot to compete with over there.

Question is being asked in the forum: "if mdf get full by data then how to make free space without adding disk."Is it ok to suggest dropping tables? 😀 😎
FDISK?
I'm a DBA.
I'm not paid to solve problems. I'm paid to prevent them.

Bummer you will miss the final. The whole tournament has been really exciting. The level of play in the women's game has gone through the roof the last couple World Cups. Enjoy camp for the next couple weeks.
Did you leave the mind reading apparatus during your absence? Given the quality of posts lately we are going to need it!!

I'll be back late Sunday night. I'm just heading down over the weekend to drop her off at ERAU. Plus I have to take my car into the shop Monday morning to get repairs done after being in a minor traffic accident last Saturday. Car behind me didn't see me slowing down as I turned right and was going to cross three lanes of traffic to make a left at the next light.
Minor damage, some scratches and passenger side rear quarter panel has been shifted some.

Can somebody with 2012 help out here? http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1699780-2799-1.aspx
We don't have 2012 at work yet and I don't see anything glaring at me that is incorrect with the query.

Well, they just started a Pro team in Jacksonville (Armada), so I would say, yes, it's becoming more popular.

A LOT more popular. I have been a season ticket holder for Sporting Kansas City (formerly the Wizards) since 97. We used to watch the games in a huge 70,000+ seat arena with average attendance around 8-9,000. Now they have their own stadium with a little over 19,000 seats plus and 2,000 or so standing room. The stadium has sold out every single league game now for three years.
The MLS (Major League Soccer) is growing exponentially. They keep adding more and more teams to the league. It won't be long until we have promotion/relegation like that rest of the world. The number of players has increased significantly in the last 15 years because the number of youth players has increased so much. The best part of it is that the quality of play has increased significantly too.

The Jacksonville team is in the NASL which is Division II in the US. Given the number of new NASL teams it is crazy how much popularity the sport is gaining in the last few years.

Yes, it is. Apparently, so is Rugby and Lacrosse.
Never really played soccer myself but it is a sport I wish was more popular when I was a kid as I could have easily played this sport. I got involved as a coach then referee. Currently doing both.

Yes, one of them is appropriate. I'm going to have to keep a list of them to use in future development. 😀

USA are a tough match up nowadays too. I take my hat of to you being a ref and a coach, tough yet rewarding I guess.
