Anybody have the mind reading apparatus? I have misplaced mine and could use it over here. http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1696091-2799-1.aspxI think this is one of those threads where one should consider just walking away.
No kidding. I knew it wasn't to start well when the OP can't even be consistent with the formatting of the columns in the create table statement. It went downhill quickly from there with little to no chance of recovery. The biggest issue I see is the OP doesn't care enough about the details to lay out the problem and the code is just awful. Oh well...off the bigger and better things.

And there is more than one thread for the same question.

It seems to be two train wrecks in a head on collision.

I think I'd classify it as a derailment instead.

I'm with Alvin on this one Sean - walk away. The OP's tardiness is Olympian to the point it almost looks deliberate. It's Friday. Beertime soon.

Agreed. I am just popping some popcorn now and watching others who may be brave to step over the stinking piles with imprints from my shoes. Beers are not nearly as close for me as they are for you.

I think I know what the OP wants, just not sure how the data is supposed to be queried to generate what the OP wants.

I like the back of my ;BEGININATOR t-shirt, it says KEEP CALM AND SQL ON.
Any way, I gave the OP something to chew on.

I'll have to see if I have one. The t-shirt was a leaving theater present from the theater lead. He caught an ear full from me when he would start a CTE with a semicolon.
He got a kick out of my pet peeve.
