Oh yay. πAnother email accusing me of personal attacks and damaging someone's public image by 'misleading' people about his statements.
Sometimes I wonder why I bother.....
Lynn, is there room for one more in the tent?

Are we talking about our window washer friend here? What the heck did you say, or better yet, what did this person say you said?

No. It's someone who answers questions, not asks. (no one here, obviously)
Steve: Apologies in advance if this results in work for you. I did tell the person to take it up with you if he thought there had been a lack of respect or politeness.
Mail me if you need to discuss. Am going offline for the night.

That's always fun. I assume you disagreed with this individual's solution (I did read later posts) and offered reasons why. I often wonder why some people who offer solutions get upset when someone else disagrees and offers a better solution and takes the time to explain why the newly offered solution is better, which I know you do. I expect someone else to better the solutions I offer most of the time and I enjoy the opportunity I have to learn. I guess that's because I don't think I know it all already and I help others as much for my benefit as the people I help.

Sorry guys, but I mellowed my post. I checked his profile and he has only been a member of this site for about 6 months. He may actually be a true newbie, and possibly over his head a bit.
Let's see how he responds to my post and if I get any "nasty" emails because of it.

Hopefully that post won't produce "nasty". It was polite but then again, it was blunt. It was very eloquent! Politely spanked? π

Actually, I thought it was admirably written, and more along the lines of personal development than a spanking. Lynn's just asking him to be involved in the process.
Very nice.

Help, he is back!
Just don't look at it Jan. Pretend it's not there and maybe it will go away.
