One of the people whose name I've seen attached to the kitchen cabinets spam lives just down the road from me. He's a reasonably notorious local businessman who's actually been prosecuted for selling dodgy kitchens. Trading Standards shut him down every so often but he usually reappears with a different company within a couple of months.I'm sure he's a reasonable chap then - can't you just pop round and ask him to stop? π
If I see him in the pub I'll have a quick word. I'll let you know how it went when I get out of hospital π

So apparently RedGate was passing out the game of "war" at the summit? A deck of cards with different DBA characteristics on each card? I didn't make it to the summit this year, but one of our SysAdmins just stopped by and gave me the "Grant Fritchey" card and said, "This is you."
Flattered. Wow.

Holy spam running crazy!!! The spam filter seems to have been turned off again. Whatever is being done to prevent spam is not working.

Yeah, did you see it over the weekend? On the 4 pages of "Posted Today" there were exactly 3 actual posts. The rest were spam. It was like someone threw a spam grenade and all the shrapnel created rows in a table. You know, that reminds me of some code I saw the other day...:-D

Wow, the thread has been quiet lately.
Had a great time at the PASS Summit last week where I got to see many threadizens. Ran into Rodders the first night and pretty much every day after that. Even though I'm a bit tired from the week, I'm still energized from being around the SQLFamily.

I have plausible deniability since it will have your name in the audit logs as the person who inserted it. π

I'm still jet lagged! Was up at 4 this morning. Decided not to go back to bed, so got in early. But now feeling very tired.
Yes Summit was fun. Maybe too much fun. Thank goodness for the sessions being recorded.
It was great seeing you and Jim nearly every day , he he.

As Jack mentioned the Summit, and about seeing me nearly every day, I had a quick look through the photos I took...

I call the glasses my grandpa glasses even though I hope I'm at least 10 years from being a grandpa.
