Anyone live anywhere where they can easily get a variety of different dried chillies? Stuff CosteΓ±o, New Mexico, Choricero, Arbol, Cascabel, Ancho, Mulatto, Negro, Pasilla?I do, but I'm not sure if I could help.
I'm just wondering/hoping that someone who's going to summit can bring me some stuff that I can't get locally and can't order for delivery from here.
Edit: Apparently there's a good Mexican market in Pike's place, so will make a trip down there one day and go shopping. π
Reach out to Keith Tate as well

Was just going to say there is a Mexican market there that is really good. They should have plenty of choices for dried peppers. There is a really good spice shop there as well.
Could you drop me a PM/email with address/directions? Would like to make sure I'm not going to the wrong place

Less that 24 hours for my flight to Seattle...
This album seems appropriate seeing as it took me all week last time to find him! π

Maybe. I'll be there late Sat night, then likely Bellevue Sun.
That's if I don't blow things off and go see the Seahawks...

Real tempting. Game starts 4:25 Pacific.
I like the idea of getting to a game, it would be a first for me.

I did look at tickets. A bit pricy.

Tickets are in the $150 range. Maybe a bit less, maybe more, depending on what you want.
The stadium is great. I was there a few years back for a game and it's loud. Louder than any I've been in.
Need to check weather and then make a decision.

Seattle? Probably a chance of rain. I think that's a near-universal truth this time of year.

Hey, it's not like I was hiding. I'm just a busy man.
Safe travels.
I fly out Saturday evening and arrive around 10:15PM in Seattle. Got the MVP Summit Sun-Tues and then I'll be around the PASS Summit the rest of the week. Friday you probably won't find me until about lunch because I'll be exhausted at that point.
