Heh - We just got our driveway paved with asphalt on Tuesday (the day before the rain) and our dog doesn't know what to do any more. He can't tell where he's gone before, so he wanders around sniffing for where to go. I don't think I'll ever understand why location is so important to a dog in determining where to pee. It's important to humans as well. If you don't believe me, try peeing in the living room. π
What's your address Luis? I'll try in your living room. π

What a minute....are you saying that the rest of you don't just drop your drawers where you are? I thought that was only at work. Oh boy, it is going to be tough to explain this sudden development to the family. :w00t:

I went to sleep humming that damn song and it's still stuck in my head now!! I did take it upon myself to share it with the rest of the team though.

Not fair Gail, surely on topic comments are not allowed in the thread. π
A finer display of ignorance and misunderstanding is hard to imagine. I can think of no better reply than your "Um what?"

That's the part that scares me. Ignorance can be fixed. But I can't follow the train of thought that leads someone to write an article on something they don't understand.
Recovery is complex and you need to understand database architecture, log structure, data modification process and more to write a properly detailed article.

Might just be a language barrier? Maybe they're talking about memory "recovery" after a process finishes?

Without objection, it is so ordered. Now that it's passed, I have to ask: What's the barge pole rule? It sounds like it'll be good. π

Barge pole rule - "Don't touch it with a 10 foot barge pole" Can also be a 10 meter barge pole or just any plain old pole you can find;-)
