Are the posted questions getting worse?

  • Jason - congrats - let the insanity rain down.

Gail - lets hope they haven't found the Thread...

As for Twitter, remember the golden rule, you start with "At a previous company..."

A colleague forgot that at a Kevin Kline lunch session at a British based SQL Server conference that shall remain nameless for now (! πŸ˜€ ) and talked about a disaster at the company we were working at - oops.

Got a call yesterday afternoon from a friend / ex-colleague (gee you get a lot of those when you contract!), while in the office kitchen and said "Can you talk"

"Er, yes, what's wrong" says me thinking the worst.

"Can you write me some SQL please?"

    Doh!

One of the guys having heard part of the conversation said was that you wife? :hehe:

    Rodders...

    G'Day Everyone!!

Have you noticed the community has grown over 1.7M members?

Congratulations to Steve et al who founded it, keep up the good work.

I noticed that is was only 8 users away late last night. Steve, you've crossed another round number. Are you going to host a party when you hit the 2M mark? πŸ˜‰

Sure, party at the ranch. 1-2pm, Sat afternoon. Hope you can make it.

If I start walking today, I might be able to be there on time πŸ˜€

I don't think I can walk fast enough, and besides I can't remember how to walk on water and there's an awful lot of that stuff in the way. And not being a BI type I dont have a jet.

I just knew that once upon a time, Tom could walk on water. Now, he confirms it! :w00t:
