What to make of this?May not be what I was thinking. Good.
"I'm a DBA, it turns out"
How do you suddenly discover that you're a DBA?
it's like puberty. you feel weird for a while, then all of the sudden you want to JOIN everything together. it's an instinct.
Groan
Is it gonna be one of those days?

Anyone thinking of going to see the popcorn movie that is "GIJoe: Retaliation"?I'm debating between waiting until tomorrow, or going to see it tonight on my own, then tomorrow with the wife...
Yes, I'm a nut.
Last weekend, we did "Olympus has fallen" then "The Croods" the next day...
Yes - will be watching GI JOE. Wife will be watching too. Not sure on dates yet tho
I will be seeing it as well, but with my daughter. Something about Channing Tatum if I remember.
Didn't realize you were a fan, Lynn :hehe:

I love action films. Fun watching things blow up. The fact my daughter wil go with me, even if for "other reasons", just makes it a plus.

Wife and son saw it last night. My wife doesn't usually love those kinds of movies, but she said it was enjoyable. Not much plot (cartoon like were her words), but great effects and scenes.
I want to go now.

I know we don't keep people away, but treating them with respect, somewhat without regards to how snippy they may appear, is something I would hope we strive for.

It's GI Joe with a cameo from Bruce Willis - have to expect it to be kinda cartoon like and not much plot. 😀
We go to see stuff get blowed up - really big blowed up stuff.:w00t::w00t::w00t:

I hope there's a scene like in the previous GIJoe movie where they tried to destroy the underwater base by blowing up the ice above it...

Totally unrelated - as usual in this topic - I got the MCSE Business Intelligence certificate today.
Because someone has to answer all those BI questions on this forum 😉
