Better start singingWhen you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you
If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star
As dreamers do
Fate is kind
She brings to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing
Makes me wonder if the writers of Once Upon a Time are incorporating the ideas in these lyrics into the show. BTW, if anyone would like to read about my thoughts on the show (I pontificate about villainy):

I can just see it now. We're going to end up with a Reality Show on The Thread: Waiting for 40k
Do you think the reality show participants will include a decimal faction for those who believe 40k is 40000 (base 10), a binary faction for those who believe 40k is 1010000000000000 (base 2), and a confused faction who think 40k is what you get for holding that key down too long?

Nah, that's the 40K K... and I won that last time I fell asleep on the keyboard.

I think there will be a faction expecting the lucky poster to end up 40K dollars / yen / whatever richer.

Maybe we'll start to attract lots of gamers?
Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim dark future there is only war.

When did we start doing milestones for the 5k posts? I thought it was 10k.A milestone is a milestone is a milestone, don't be so damn picky 😛
I only did it because Brandie mentioned it 🙂
pssst! btw, don't tell anyone but Brandie wants the 40k 😉
Brandie wants all of them.

This is why as an American I'm against the metric system. Keep your kilometers with bad math, I have kilobytes! Silly little 1000s....
While we're at it, how the heck did England and America end up with two definitions of a ton? Wait, don't answer that today, I'm not sure I want to read the dissertation. It's a joke. 😉

The British did it so they can say "Mine is bigger than yours!"

Sometimes the quote button is very useful, because I'm pretty sure this isn't about Craig's foul attack on the metric system 🙂

Being British, you'll probably find it was the other way round since the word ton has been in use for hundreds of years.

True. 4 or 5 if you include slang in the UK.
