Well, looks like Jeff's twit logged on today, but I haven't heard squat regarding the code I provided. I guess the first pork chop Jeff gets to launch is at me.If I don't see anything by the end of the day, I guess I add him to the "Don't Help This One" list.
Heh... you've just got learn to do that earlier 😀 I particularly liked ol' Bit Bucket's response... I'm gonna have to add him to the pork chop hall of fame.:P

Well, I left him a message on that thread, and although the first one I wrote was nasty, I toned it down as this is a public site and I didn't want to leave something that might turn off potential future employers who might google me and see it.

Way out of character for you, ol' friend... just go back there and delete it so the dill-weed doesn't actually think you care... although we know you do... and that's why we like you 😀

Was that good enough over there? I hate it when I click on a link in an email notification and it dies.

Pork chops is your thing, Jeff. If I knew how to put a RED CARD there I would.

Here's another one that needs some help in asking questions. Not a twit, I just don't think he knows what he's after.http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic620018-360-1.aspx
Heh... yeah... and he posts at almost the close of business and expects an answer before 10 the next day... gotta love some of these folks.
I couldn't resist... anyone trying to push 10k rows 1,000 characters wide with an "app" has got a bigger problem than a bottleneck... I had to ask him what he was doing with the app... dunno if it's gonna be the normal "deer in headlights" thing we get from folks like that, the ol' "I can't change things" excuse, some flames, or maybe a decent answer. We'll see. So far, he's only letting a little arrogance out... will it be the tip of an iceberg, or is he genuinely in a panic. Notice, that's not a question 😉

Hey Steve! I like Lynn's suggestion! Anyway you could give good folks with more than 3 or 4,000 posts the ability to "Red Card" a thread? Maybe a small proverbial "pork chop" in the form of a minus sign instead of the plus sign on the blue or red envolopes near each post? Or, should be just go back to poopin' on someone? :hehe:

Jeff should I be proud of this nomination and start working on my acceptance speech, or should I start ducking now?

I think he is saying your pork chop was quick, short, and to the point.

He's back..... But looks like he doesn't like our "requirements" for getting help and
I'll be looking for a forum a bit more consistent with my prior experience so as not to waste your time.
.
He did thank us for the code I posted.
