Anyone interested in proof-reading an article on bulk-logged recovery and minimally logged operations? It's titled as an introductory article, but I read the log and might end up with some hex dumps as well, so I'm not sure how much of a 'primer' it is any more.
Yes - count me in.

Is it a character flaw that every time I ask for help and someone tells me that it will take too long and be too hard, to get mad and provide them with a potential solution as fast as I possibly can?Seems like a character flaw...
Consider the precedent you are setting. People know if you ask for help, you don't really need it. After all, if they tell you how difficult the task is, you're just going to prove to them it can be done by doing it yourself. So why should they waste the energy to assist you?

I'd absolutely love to but it seems like you've got some good people helping out already. I can't wait to see this one especially since you're going to get into the log. Great subject, Gail.

I'll proof it if you like.

What editors? We just want a sneak preview, and we're willing to point out a missing comma or two in order to get that! 😀

Do the Google thing to all your computers then tell the family that the blizzard is so bad, it's snowing in the house too. @=)

Here in Saxony (South-East of Germany) we had 0°F this morning. The record currently is held by a small town about 60 miles away:-20°F this morning. It's supposed to stay in that range for the next few days.
The best thing to do is to grab a glass of mulled wine andperform some CUI (Coding Under Influence) 😀

75F here in Orlando. Just about perfect out for a picnic or something comparable. Same as yesterday. Same as all week. Same as next week, I'm sure. Boring, boring perfection here. Oh well ...
