Although the PI shirt, and knowledge to know the precision of the visual, and the ability to verbalize it accurately to such aforementioned precision, whether you bought it or it was a gift, speaks volumes.

And my mom gets me things like a sweatsirt - 'when all else fails, manipulate the data'.

And I don't understand the dirty looks I get when I wear these to work.

You won't know how dirty looks can get until you wear that one during a visit to the University in Norwich (UK). :w00t:

edit: put the "e" in "wear". When I spotted it, I wondered if it was better without, but ...

Looks like the same hat to me.

It is. I spent two hours with PhotoShop to put Roy's hat in Don's head. Don stole it from Roy. Or maybe Roy stole it from Don... 😛

Fixed the sentence for you. @=)

    🙁 🙁 🙁

Ok, I had to Google "Mario Dalek" to figure out the joke. Do I get 1/2 credit for getting it once I saw the picture?

    I'm galifraid I can't call myself a Whovian anymore. 🙁

    THWACK!

Shame on you. Turn your TARDIS keys and Nintendo controllers in to HR on your way out of the building.

Is it bad that my favorite T-Shirt has Mario trying to steal a Dalek's arm and looking at people funny if they don't get the joke?

    Oh, I want!!!!

Where did you find this shirt? (and, yes, people should get looked at strangely for not getting the joke.)

They've got a few great ones there. I also like the S&Ms... 😉

GAH. Don (the guy who owns that place) is a friend of mine. I didn't realize this was one of his shirts. Now I'll have to hit him up for one.

I've got the Dalek "I need a hug" and the CP30-Cyberman / R2D2-Dalek shirts too.

  • Is it bad I originally misread the link and thought it said 'sex frustrations' as the folder?

😀 I've been tempted to get that one for a while when I was DBA'ing. The problem is they'd never let me wear a T-Shirt in the office except on Saturdays which would have been against the entire dang point...

  • Lol.

My problem is the shipping costs. They start at $60... Maybe next time I'm in going to be in the US I order stuff and have it shipped to the hotel

Hmm. There may be a way around that, Gail. One of us in the U.S. might be able to play go-between and ship it to you cheaper than the company will ship. I'd have to check postage rates to be sure, though.

It's not postage, ThinkGeek uses couriers. Post = risky.

Last time what I did was get a large bunch of friends who want stuff and do a group order. $60 shipping's fine divided among 10 people.
