As of today, closed as won't fix!!!
You know, it's not like it causes corruption and kills your prod db or anything that serious
Time to speak up if you're as disgusted as I am.

An email distribution list. I saw the change on Connect before coming here, or looking at the DL, and already added a comment that basically says "be patient". Connect items are often closed as Won't Fix before an explanation or more details are provided.

Little help here, SSRS 2008 R2 analytical color map...but not in color? can't figure it out
OMG!
Fricking case insensitive, I was returning all caps as stored in the db, default countyname in the included maps are proper case.
Oh well, at least I figured it out.
Thanks for trying to help Stefan/Koen.
I need a lolcat for user error...

By the way, if anyone feels so inclined, prayers and happy thoughts would be appreciated for my family today. No more info at the moment, I might share in a few weeks if certain things happen. Little nervous at the moment.

Threadizens!
Anyone have a script that will reliably generate a deadlock from a single process? I need to be able to repeatedly generate a parallelism deadlock for some internal testing. I won't be publishing anything from it, so your trade secrets are safe.
I'm off to start working google-fu, but I thought you lot would have something like that just sitting around so I could short-circuit my search.
Thanks!
