Oh, good, then you can watch NCAA ball. Where the players try to get paid in tattoos.

Well sure, if they ever settle on a new contract.

Seems like the drive for profits interferes in many business' ability to deliver good service.Yep. I find that the most service-friendly 'banks' are Credit Unions, however, they have THE WORST online banking apps. Argh! Although I hate Chase as a bank, I use them for most of my stuff because of the awesome online banking website, as well as the iPhone and iPad apps to match.
pfft! My experience with credit unions has been abysmal, but perhaps I'm just using the wrong ones.
Honestly, I hate them all. But I hate Banks worst. Many credit unions hide behind the 'our system doesn't do anything that', but many 'try' to be more helpful. I have had an experience or two with a CU too, but mostly they are more pleasant in their bedside manner. <gulp>

When I was a kid, all banks were limited to banking in a single state, and when that was repealed, or superseded by a new law, I think banking went way downhill. Add to that the changes that allowed investment banks to cross over into personal banking, and we have greed unchecked, and large conglomerates that have forgotten about customers.
Even inside my bank, I see issues like that, and don't switch only because I don't see any of them doing any better.

I handed him "a" solution. And that he doesn't complain, he got *exactly* what he asked for! 😀

You overlooked the grouping grid on the right of the nn.png. 😉
My guess is that was what OP was looking for.

I was thinking about adding "Sorry, but I couldn't color the results", but I thought that would be too much 😀
